Westcliff Lions carried far too much fire power for Maldon II as they ran out comprehensive 75-0 winners.
James Braithwaite, who also kicked five conversions for a personal 30-point tally, led the way with four tries closely followed by Vap Chaturverdhi with three.
Nick Bard crossed for two and there were individual tries for Elliott Levy, Paul Edwards, Ben Weller and Don Makay.
Southend thirds, featuring a number of players with first and second-XV experience, over-powered Westcliff A 43-0.
Rochford III stole a 33-29 win at Westcliff Extra after surviving a remarkable recovery by the hosts.
Extra hit back from 26-0 down to lead 29-26 with ten minutes to go -- they were eventually beaten by a late converted score.
Westcliff scores went to Tony Warner, John Duncombe, John Shingle-ton, Mark Dowling and Tony Burke. Dave Camm kicked two conversions.
