The former head teacher of The Endeavour School has teamed up with delighted directors of another Brentwood school who are thrilled to have him on board.
Peter Pryke retired from his role at The Endeavour School last year and has now become an educational consultant for Woodlands Schools which has primary schools in Great Warley and Hutton.
A school spokesman hailed his arrival as the start of an 'exciting future' for the team and added: "The directors together with the head teachers are thrilled at the prospect of working with Mr Pryke."
Mr Pryke said he was 'absolutely delighted' to be working at the school, adding: "This is a great team who show dedication and commitment to their pupils and I am very much looking forward to working with the head teachers, the teachers and directors."
