Rocks have been frustrated more than most by postponements due to waterlogged pitches, but returned to action with a useful Ryman Division One North point at Uxbridge.
The best chance of victory for the visitors came when Colin Simpson, set-up by former Billericay skipper Gary Ansell, saw Ray Francis in the home goal pull off a tremendous save.
Jermaine Beckford was foiled in similar impressive style by Mark Hardingham in the visiting goal.
Paul Cobb might have earned all three points for Rocks, but put his late effort from Russell Penn's cross over the top.
