Tilbury continue to struggle at the bottom of the table following this home defeat by Chesham.
Shaun Rees-Brown's own goal after 33 minutes gave the visitors the lead and Dave Fotheringham wrapped up the points with a long-range drive five minutes before half-time.
John Lawford went close for the Dockers after the break, but the deficit could have been increased but for a great save from home goalkeeper Marc Baker to deny Gary Sippetts.
