Campaigning parents fighting to save their children's school from closure will get the chance to make their feelings known next month.
A special meeting is being staged at County Hall, Chelmsford, after a decision to shut down Leas School, Clacton, for pupils with moderate learning difficulties, was called-in to be reconsidered.
The meeting will be held on February 3.
Essex county and Tendring district councillor Roy Smith said the parents would get their chance to have their say then when the matter would be discussed in public.
