Vandals have been blamed after church windows were smashed.
This is the second time youths have targeted St Nicholas's Church, in Long Road, Canvey.
The hooligans broke six windows in September and church officers spent hundreds of pounds installing new double-glazed glass panes.
However, now the yobs have smashed two of the windows.
Parish administrator Sheila Powell said: "It is terrible to think people will target a church. People come for funerals and other events at the church and it is not very nice if there are broken windows."
