A school is celebrating after achieving top marks in its Ofsted report.
Bocking Church Street Primary School in Church Street, Bocking, had its inspection in December with inspectors saying the school was steadily improving.
They noted the school had few underachieving pupils, parents are positive about the school and the quality of education is high.
Strengths of the school include good guidance of pupils, above average attendance and high standards of singing with a good choir.
Inspectors identified opportunities given to pupils to understand Britain as a multi-cultural society and co-ordination of some subject areas as areas for improvement.
