Music workshop - Duglas Coombers with pupils from the Len Wastell Infants School Picture: DANIEL SHEILS
Pupils from The Len Wastell Infant School in Pitsea Road learned all about musical instruments, rhythms and tones-the Eygptian way.
A Bedford - based music company "Lindsay Music", consisting of married couple Douglas Coombes and Carole Lindsay-Douglas, showed the children some interesting instruments, such as an Eygyptian-style harp, taught them about rhythms by clapping their hands and played games with them.
Teacher Kim Adams said: "All the children had a lovely time and were very enthusiastic. It was a very interactive and theatrical show and they looked like they were enjoying themselves."
