Billericay MP John Baron has taken time out from his busy Westminster schedule to discuss burning issues with pupils at a local secondary school.
Mr Baron responded to an invitation from Janet Cooke - head of sixth form at the Billericay School - to address sixth formers as part of their general studies course.
He said: "We had a very lively and entertaining session in which many questions were asked.
"I outlined various views including my opposition to top-up fees, the legalisation of cannabis, the Iraq war and my belief that we should end house-building targets imposed from London."
