A new hotline number has been set up for residents to report graffiti.

The hotline enables residents to notify council officers immediately when troublemakers spray, paint or mark property in the Southend borough.
Officers will try to remove racist or offensive grafitti within a day and other graffiti as soon as possible.
The removal service is free.
