A TRAFFIC supremo will help keep Essex on the move, it was announced today.
He is Brian Goodwin, whose appointment comes at the same time Essex County Council revealed it planned to open a £500,000 high-tech traffic centre.
It will monitor congestions and share county road information as widely as possible.
