Rochford residents are being urged to call at the Parish Rooms in West Street on Wednesday between 7pm and 9pm.
They will have the opportunity to speak to Rochford District Council planning head Shaun Scrutton, look at the latest revised plans for the £15million town centre re-development.
It will also be possible to view the latest traffic impact study.
The drop-in session has been arranged by the parish council, following December's public meeting when hundreds of people packed into the WI Hall in the Square.
