West Ham boss Alan Pardew has outlined the areas he wants his team to work on as they bid for promotion in the second half of the season.
Hammers have recorded back-to-back victories for the first time under Pardew's charge, but there are still questions the manager insists he wants to see answered by his squad.
And his main focus is overturning a long-standing culture of inconsistency at the club, a problem which dates back for many years.
"I have to keep putting demands on the players," he said. "It depends on what we are expecting to happen for us in games.
"As a team we are starting to pick up some good habits which show that we are improving."
Much of this stems from discipline on the field, both with and without the ball.
Pardew has been working hard to encourage the team to retain its shape when defending, with players becoming quicker to recover when possession is lost.
