The park, costing several thousand pounds, will be built behind Leigh rail station and designed by local residents.
Leigh Town Council is inviting them to come up with outline designs for the park which will be around 60 metres by 30 metres.
The designs will need to include materials as well as the possible layouts - using a variety of ramps, pipes, curbs and boxes.
Anyone feeling artistic should draw up a creative yet practical design that they would like to see on the site and send it to Leigh Council, at 67 Elm Road, Leigh or e-mail their entry to leighcouncil@btconnect.com
