Georges Santos wants Ipswich Town to kick-off the New Year in style with victory in the FA Cup.
The Blues defender is hoping to banish the memories of Sunday's 3-1 defeat at home to Crystal Palace in the Nationwide League Division One when they entertain Derby County in the third round of the cup tomorrow.
Santos told the Evening Gazette: "We have to look ahead to the FA Cup match against Derby and not think about our last game against Crystal Palace.
"We must start the new year better than we finished our last game in 2003 and hopefully do well in the cup."
