A suspicious package found at a Wickford factory was a homemade pipe bomb which could have killed.
Police, however, have ruled out any link to terrorist groups.
The bomb, found next to Brown and Carroll joiners, in Robert Way, Wickford, was left on the site sometime between 4pm on Saturday and 7am on Monday.
