Four bikers from north Devon in specially-adapted helmets shaped like chicken heads are riding around Britain's coast to raise cash for the firefighters' National Benevolent Fund and a children's hospice in Fremington, Devon.
The feathered foursome - Phil Jones, 37, from Pilton and fellow riders Neil Hewitt, Graham Palmer and John Barrett - were joined by members of Southend bike clubs as they set off for Grimsby.
