The campaign to encourage Brentwood residents to go green and recycle more of their household waste has hit the borough's roads.
Mayor of Brentwood, Cllr Shirley Howe, unveiled the latest vehicle used by the borough council to promote its campaign - colourful adverts on buses.
The adverts will appear on the rear of three buses on popular routes in Brentwood for six weeks, and on the side of another bus for 12 weeks.
It is the latest move in a major campaign aimed at cleaning up Brentwood, increasing recycling and cracking down on litter and fly-tipping, in a bid to make the borough a cleaner, greener and more pleasant place to live.
