"We need more threat." That is the demand from Colchester United boss Phil Parkinson.
And 20-year-old Birmingham City striker Craig Fagan is the man the U's are after.
Fagan has risen through the ranks at Birmingham and spent a spell at Second Division outfit Bristol City last season, even scoring against the U's as the Robins slumped to a 2-1 defeat in February.
However, a frustrated Parkinson admitted: "We haven't signed him yet.
"We are looking for him to come in for a month, but it could be long term if it proves successful."
