It was ten out of ten for Canvey SC's Adam Puddick as he collected the biggest possible haul of golds at the Essex Disability Championships.
Adam, 19, outclassed his rivals in the 50m and 100m in all four strokes and added the 200m freestyle and 100 individual medley.

His ten wins helped Canvey to a gold tally of 32 -- including a prestigious team gold -- at the event, which included Littlehampton and Sheffield as well as Thurrock and Colchester.
Chloe Williams, 14, almost matched Adam's achievements with seven triumphs, coming in 50m and 100m backstroke, breaststroke and free, and adding the 100m IM.
Keeley Spooner, 16, scooped two golds, four silvers and two bronzes. Her best show was in the 200m free as she beat a strong field in a lifetime best. She also won 100m fly.
Championship debutants Kayleigh Muncey won five medals, including 50m and 100m back gold, and Emma Stone was a 50m breaststroke bronze medalist.
The best performance was saved for last as Canvey won the 4x50m free, with Keeley, Kayleigh, Emma and Chloe teaming up.
