An initiative designed to encourage children to keep reading books over the summer holidays has been launched at Colchester Library.
The scheme, called the Reading Maze challenges children to read at least six books during their holidays, and those who manage it will be rewarded with a medal.
Taking part were Abigail Morgan, Sean Harrington and Jennifer Barhardt.
The Reading Maze will continue throughout the school summer break.
