Police at Robbie Williams' next gig will be prepared if the fans don't all behave like angels - thanks to Essex Police.
Staff at the force's TV unit have made a briefing and recorded it on DVD for their colleagues at Hertfordshire Police.
It will help officers prepare for keeping order at this weekend's concert at Knebworth House.
Event planning officer PC Jill McCracken, of Hertfordshire Police, said: "We are extremely grateful for Essex's contribution."
Essex Police is one of just a few forces in the country with its own in-house TV unit.
Producer Dave Fogerty said he had plenty of "positive feedback" from officers preparing for the gig.
