Police and fire investigators were today still probing the cause of a blaze in which an 18-month-old girl died.
They are working on a theory that the blaze was accidentally started by the girl's brother playing with matches in her bedroom.
The girl has been named as Annalee Colling. She is believed to have died of smoke inhalation at a flat in Cranell Green, South Ockendon.
