Firefighters from across south Essex will compete against each other to raise money for child burns victims.
Pat Wade from the Burned Children's Club, which has helped hundreds of children regain their confidence after suffering severe and disfiguring burns, has organised an It's A Knockout for July 20.
The annual event, which involves various teams taking up an array of challenges over a fun assault course, will be held at Barleylands Farm in Billericay.
It will raise money for the Basildon-based charity, which arranges trips and fun days for children with severe burns.
Mrs Wade, of Middle Crockerford, Basildon, said: "It will be a good laugh while raising money for the children.
"The money raised will go towards a trip to Disneyland Paris for Halloween."
Any teams wanting to take can call Mrs Wade on 01268 527796 no later than July 7.
