Despite another excellent bowling performance from Nathan Batson, who took 6-59, Billericay were beaten again.
At least, however, their seven-point haul was more than that collected by basement pair Southend and Old Southendian.
They will be disappointed, though, not to have got the runs after restricting an Upminster side now lying third to 196-9.
As it was Billericay were all out for 186.
