Carers and supporters of people with mental health problems were today being invited to find out about vital employment and training services.
The charity Rethink was hosting an open house at 10 Benfleet Road, Hadleigh, to show how it helps people return to vocational activity and paid work of their choice.
Service manager Jan Ashworth said: "We are first and foremost an employment and training service to bring up everybody's skills and we also offer external employment support to get people into the wider workplace and help keep them there."
Rethink is a national charity with a base at Mr Pringles Pet Supplies shop, in Benfleet Road, Hadleigh.
People with mental health problems can gain retail training and study for NVQ qualifications up to and including level two.
Advice for carers and information about Rethink is available on 0845 4560455.
