Rush hour in Chelmsford took on a new meaning after work on Wednesday when hundreds of people from more than 90 firms across Essex took part in the annual Race for Business.
Runners set off in the Race for Business
The race was started by former West Ham footballer and manager Harry Redknapp, who is now the Portsmouth manager.
The sponsored event, organised by Wollastons Solicitors, was in aid of the Essex Air Ambulance. The three and a half mile course included the town centre, West Park and Admirals Park
