Hospital theatre manager John Robson has been given a welcome boost to his funds to get him to Peru on a charity mountain climb.

Mr Robson, from Basildon, picked up a £4,000 cheque towards next month's challenge from health and care recruitment agency Quality Locums.
The donation will help Mr Robson embark on the trip to Peru to raise money for the Basildon-based Burned Children's Club.
Mr Robson works as theatre manager for plastic surgery at the burns unit in at Broomfield Hospital, Chelmsford, alongside play specialist Pat Wade.
