A new trade centre being developed in Braintree looks sets to thrive with units already snapped up.
Three of the nine units are under offer at the 26,000sq ft centre which is being developed by property investor T3 Partnership
Joint marketing agents Lambert Smith Hampton and Silverthorne Estates have confirmed that one occupier - a national joinery company - has agreed to take three adjoining properties.
A spokesman said: "The remaining units at Braintree Trade Centre are ideally suitable for trade counter occupiers."
The development - between Freeport Designer Village and the Charterway Trade and Business Park - is due for completion this autumn
