A school in Clacton staged a sports day with a difference including pony races and a tug-of-war event.
The sports festival was organised by teacher Stephanie Smith at the Leas School for youngsters with moderate learning difficulties.
She said that there were competitive events such as athletics, touch rugby and five-a-side football but other activities which were demonstrated.
