Residents of Harwich and Dovercourt will be able to hear a health boss explain plans for a new hospital and health centre in the town.
Harwich Town Council is to host a public meeting to discuss the plans for Harwich Hospital and Dovercourt Health Centre.
It will take place on July 23 at Long Meadows Community Centre, Dovercourt, from 7pm.
Paul Unsworth, chief executive of Tendring Primary Care Trust and Paul Barrett, estates manager, will be available to answer questions from the public.
The plans have caused controversy in some quarters, as they could involve pulling down the historic hospital. Some housing may also be built on part of the land to help finance the project.
Mr Unsworth has constantly said no services would be lost and Harwich would be getting a modern, purpose-built hospital for the first time.
