Hundreds of people basked in the sunshine while enjoying the annual regatta down at Heybridge Basin.
One of the most popular sailing festivals of the year, the regatta took place on the River Blackwater on Saturday, but activities on the shore also kept the crowds entertained throughout the whole weekend.

The regatta marquee was outside the Jolly Sailor pub and was the location for a lot of the entertainment.
Entertainer Magic Mark kept the youngsters quiet on Friday night with some tricks, while the main focus on Saturday morning was a photo display of The Basin at Work and Play by Deny Harrison.
The main attraction on Saturday night was band Nice 'N' Cheesy, who played classic sing and dance along anthems such as Tiger Feet and Blame it on the Boogie, recent hits like Shania Twain's Man I Feel Like a Woman and even TV tunes.
The men donned spangly tights, glitter catsuits and boffont wigs to get the party started and the marquee was packed to bursting point for the whole evening.
Yesterday saw model plane making taking place in the marquee, followed by five-a-side football and other games at St George's Playing Field
