A man who plunged to his death from the High Chelmer multi-storey car park in Chelmsford has been named.
He was Terence Rainbow, 44, of Woodland Road, Chelmsford.
Paramedics were called to the scene on Tuesday at the Victoria Road South end of the site. He was pronounced dead half an hour later.
