Smiling Downs syndrome sufferer Holly Adams has inspired a south Essex pub to raise more than £700 for charity.
Along with Holly's dad David, who competed in this year's London Marathon, the Treacle Mine in Lodge Lane, has been busy raising money for the Downs Syndrome Association.
Quiz nights and other events have boosted the funds and a presentation evening has been held to thank staff and guests and present David with £733 for the charity.
Rob Thompson, manager at the pub, said: "Our guests have been absolutely fantastic in their support, so we wanted to involve them in the presentation.
"We have all been extremely touched by little Holly's story and when David asked us for our support we jumped at the chance to help."
