Visitors to this year's Groundbreakers event at Writtle College will get the chance to learn about the world of horticultural broadcasting and test their own presenting skills in front of a TV camera.
An independent television crew will be filming BBC Ground Force star Kirsty King and UK Style gardening presenters Mark Edwards and Chris Maton as they demonstrate how to create contemporary garden features.
Visitors will be given the chance to pick up presenting tips from the experts as they work and also have the opportunity to appear in front of the camera.
At the Groundbreakers School's Day on July 4, Chris and Mark will introduce pupils from schools across Essex to the worlds of gardening and broadcasting.
The pair will encourage pupils to become involved as they make modern garden features and offer them the chance to present on camera.
At the Big Day Out on July 5, Kirsty King will join in the fun with Chris and Mark to demonstrate the broadcasting and gardening skills she has learned since she has been on the show.
