An 81-year-old woman with poor eyesight was pushed into a bush by thugs who stole her pension money.

The woman from Basildon had just collected her pension when a car pulled alongside her.

A man pushed her into a hedge and stole her handbag.

She was left shaken and with grazes on her right hip.

She is not able to describe the man who attacked her in Long Riding, near the town centre underpass.
