It will be a case of "Cut!" for six talented youngsters thanks to an exciting film project.
Northwick Park Junior School, in Canvey, will be working with Essex County Council to produce a 20-minute film next week.
Their chosen theme is aviation and youngsters will be taking off to Southend Airport to charter the differences between aviation in 1932 and aviation today.
Headteacher Stuart Overton-Smith said: "Six talented year six pupils will be taking part in the Broadband film streaming project.
"Inspired by the archive footage showing aerobatics in 1932, the children will be taking a plane ride around the airfield with a teacher filming aerobatics from within the aircraft.
"Students will be looking at the sorts of things planes can do, how they differ from planes of the 30s - we are also hoping to go up to the control tower as well as meeting some pilots."
The finished project will feature on the school's website from October.
