Grays shrugged off their Morrant League hard luck story to claim a nine-wicket win in the Second XI Cup final.
Joe Singh's two early wickets set the tone and he went on to take 4-32 from nine overs, while Dave Carter grabbed 3-46.
A good 66 from Forrest ensured Belhus still had a reasonable total to defend, but an opening stand of 116 between Dave Jacks (66 not out) and Chris Buckley (46) largely settled the issue.
Paul Boreham took over after Keith Hall dismissed Buckley and his unbeaten 34 was crowned with a mighty six to clinch the win.
