Alyson Moran has won three county swimming championships.
She has taken the under-14 Essex breaststroke awards over 50m, 100m and 200m.
Meanwhile the school's year 11 football and hockey teams both reached the district finals, winning one.
The hockey team beat King John 2-0, but the footballers went down 3-2 in a hard-fought game with Prittlewell.
