A month-long crackdown on burglaries in Essex has resulted in 77 people being arrested.
Operation Relentless, the police force's month-long operation to identify and arrest known burglars and provide the public with security information, came to an end on Friday.
And the results show that, on top of the extra arrests, police detected a further 109 offences throughout the county.
The operation, which ran from Thursday, May 1 to Friday, May 23, aimed to tackle the countywide problem of house burglaries.
The divisional breakdown shows that in Colchester, police arrested four people and detected 21 crimes during the month.
In Braintree, police arrested seven people and detected three crimes. In Chelmsford, police arrested eight people and detected nine crimes and, in Tendring, 12 people were arrested and eight crimes were detected.
Head of crime, Chief Supt Steve Reynolds, said: "This shows our commitment to tackling the core crimes that cause distress to those across Essex. This operation targeted the everyday burglaries and we have also offered useful advice to the public regarding home security."
He added: "It has been an all-round effort by officers, support staff and special constables from across the force and their determination to rid the county of these crimes has paid dividends."
Results for the rest of the county are: Harlow 14 people arrested and seven crimes detected, Basildon 17 and 39, Rayleigh three and one, Southend seven and three, and Thurrock five and 18.
