Enterprising students have scooped a top title and are now ready to take on the rest of the country
Sixth form students at Tendring Technology College in Frinton were involved in the young enterprise scheme and have wowed the judges with their product and business sense.
The ten whizz-kids, who make up the company Embers, have won the county title in Chelmsford.
They will face the judges again when they represent Essex in the national final at Cambridge University next month.
Embers manufactured a mahogany clock which can hold other different accessories, such as a remote control or mobile phone.
