The brother of the woman critically injured in the three-car crash at Brightlingsea said today she was still in intensive care but described as stable
Linda Dove, 41, suffered multiple fractures in the accident on the B1029 Brightlingsea Road, near Thorrington, on May 15.
She was taken to Colchester General Hospital but later transferred to Queen's Square Hospital, London.
Her brother Richard, who lives in Lawford, has been at his sister's bedside since the accident.
He said today: "She is still in intensive care but described as stable.
"She has seven fractures.
"There are three minor neck fractures, which I am told are insignificant in comparison."
Mr Dove said Linda, who had many friends in the town, had received lots of messages of goodwill.
