Detectives are appealing for information about two violent robberies in Southend.
In the first, a 34-year-old man was walking along North Avenue when three men approached and asked him to hand over money
When he said he didn't have any one knocked him to the ground while another went through his pockets and stole £130 cash. All three men fled.
One robber was in his thirties, 5ft 7ins tall with collar-legth blond hair. He wore a green jumper and a blue denim jacket.
The second was a skinhead, 5ft 9ins tall, in his 30s, of medium build. The third was white, in his 30s of medium build, 5ft 9ins tall and wore blue jeans.
On Friday, a 38-year-old man was walking down Cunningham Close in Shoebury when he was jumped on from behind and hit over the head.
A thief rifled through his pockets and stole £48 cash.
He didn't get a good look at his attackers but is sure there were two men.
