The team of Mark Samuels, Oliver Pike, Daniel Theobald and Ben Surgett won gold medals by 28 marks, an unprecedented margin in trampolining, where titles are usually won and lost by tenths.
This amazing record of success was enhanced by outstanding individual performances, with Mark Samuels taking the gold medal in the individual competition, Oliver Pike the bronze and Daniel Theobald finishing fifth.
Chris Hurrell, a last minute replacement for the Eastern Region team, joined with students from Havering and Colchester to take a team bronze.
