Kevin Partridge dominated Trisport Epping's training Triathlon last Sunday.
The 400m swim, 21k bike and 7k run was completed in a staggering 1hr 8 minutes and 53 seconds. He was fastest in all three disciplines.
Despite a winning margin of almost four minutes, he was pushed hard in the early stages.
Three competitors were with Partridge in the 1st transition.
Ray Lawrence had a good swim but suffered when he punctured exiting the Ongar Leisure Centre.
Luke Partridge also suffered the same fate as he battled in strong winds after 9 miles on the bike.
Club Chair David Harvie was second in the race and posted a personal best time of 1:12:50
Partridge's split times of 5:23 for the swim, 36:00 for the bike and 27:30 for the run ensured a comfortable victory. Full results at www.trisportepping.co.uk
