Simon Brown and Richard McKinney have promised to repay U's fans who are set to honour them with a special tribute.
The Colchester United keepers will be giving away a pair of their autographed gloves to supporters.
U's fans are being asked to turn up to tomorrow's Layer Road all-ticket clash with Queens Park Rangers wearing gloves, from gardening gloves to oven gloves, as a tribute to the tremendous exploits of the two keepers this season.
"It's a fantastic gesture by the fans," said Brown who will be officially crowned the Colchester United/Evening Gazette Supporters' Player-of-the-Year before tomorrow's game.
Brown came out on top after votes from Evening Gazette readers and vistors to the U's website were collated.
Kemal Izzet was a close second with Alan White in third place.
"The fans have really warmed to me this season," Brown added. "And what they are doing is a tremendous tribute to me and Richard.
"We have been a great team both on and off the pitch and help each other all the time on the training ground."
