Southend Ladies Hockey Club have organised a level one coaching course for July 4-6.
The course is almost entirely practical and involves active participation throughout.
Candidates will need to be suitably dressed for the practical sessions which will be held on astro turf.
The course fee is £90 and candidates must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
