Billericay's Perry Street Under-13 girls had United States visitors Birmingham United FC Springboks lowering the Stars and Stripes last night.
Just 12 months after being taught a soccer lesson by their visitors from Michigan, the Billericay girls gave massive demonstration of their improvement over the past year with a 2-0 win.

On a night when a good-sized crowd at Billericay Town's New Lodge ground ignored the live TV screening of the Manchedster United v Real Madrid Champions League thriller to watch the exhibition game, both goals came from Grace Clark.
Said Perry Street's Trevor Veitch: "The girls of both sides provided some outstanding football for those who came along to watch and it was great to see how much our team had improved since the previous game."
