Victims of vandalism in a village are joining forces in a bid to fight back.
Residents in Holland-on-Sea have had enough of their homes and gardens coming under attack and have printed a leaflet in an effort to combat crime.
More than 500 have been put through doors of houses and businesses in the area.
It calls on victims to come forward to discuss the situation, share experiences and try to come up with solutions.
One of the organisers, who does not wish to be named, said she hoped householders would make an effort to attend the annual meeting of Holland Residents' Association at the public hall at 7.30pm on Thursday.
"Let's not kid ourselves, Holland-on-Sea is not the peaceful area it once was," states the leaflet.
"Recently, there has been a spate of vandalism which we believe is escalating and we feel more needs to be done to catch those responsible."
The woman, who has been part of the campaign, said that she had suffered numerous attacks on her home in recent months.
