Police investigating a fire attack on a c2c train guard today launched a fresh appeal for information.
A Shoebury-based guard had lighter fluid sprayed in his face and his jacket set on fire by two men as he leaned out of a window on April 8 as the train pulled into Stanford-le-Hope station.
A British Transport Police spokesman said: "They were in their late teens or early twenties and one wore a Burberry-style hat"
Call police on 0207 3915275.
